Returns Policy

My Grip Fashions Product Guarantee

We have a 28 day return policy.

If you wish to return your goods please notify us within 14 days of your order arriving. You then have a further 14 days to return your goods. In order to receive a full refund your goods must; be unworn, with all original tags and in the original packaging.

Once we have received your goods we will refund your original method of payment within 3 working days.

Please Note It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return of the product.

To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be unworn, and in the same condition you received it, so we are able to resell the product. When trying on the product please ensure you are not wearing any makeup aftershaves or deodorants which could leave marks or a scent on clothing. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with tags still attached. (do not remove any tags when trying on the products)

If returning footwear, please note the box comes as part of the product so this needs to be returned safely and undamaged. Any damage to the box may result in your refund being refused.  

Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear.  

Underwear cannot be returned if packaging has been opened.

We cannot take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the return transit.

If you require a refund, the reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear. 

To return a product to us, please contact sales@mygripfashions.com in writing via email as soon as possible.​

You should complete the returns form on your dispatch note if you no longer have this you can download the form from our website. Please ensure you fill out your order number Without this order number your refund or replacement may be delayed.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange for another size, please fill out this section of the order form along with an email address or contact number. In the event we do not have the size available we will contact you.

Please note to be eligible for an exchange your item(s) must be unworn, and in the same condition you received it, so we are able to resell the product. If you would like to return a sale item, we are only able to offer a refund up to 7 days after purchase. 

Faulty Items

If you wish to return faulty items, please contact us on the email address below explaining the fault with your item along with your name, address and order number.

Please allow up to 14 days for the faulty item to be assessed by our supplier as this may require testing in the event of a dispute. If a fault is verified, we will be in touch to see if you require a repair/ exchange or refund.
